The Hermitage Club
The Hermitage Club is a 1,400 acre enclave in Wilmington, Vermont featuring 6 unique and innovative dining concepts from Chef Terrance Brennan. Terrance brought on as the Culinary director in the fall of 2015. Over the course of 6 months,Terrance implemented 6 new concepts, redesigned the property's kitchens, and created a culinary experience that offers a wide range of dinning options from fast-casual Alpine Cuisine to French fine dining.
The Club House includes 4 different concepts including a chophouse using prime aged beef.
The Mid Mountain Cabin features comforting alpine cuisine like ... clam chowder (need dishes)
